FAMAR, a leading European contract development and manufacturing organization, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Vielle as Chief Executive Officer, effective August 3, 2026.
Bruce joins FAMAR with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical manufacturing and CDMO industries. Throughout his career, he has led complex international manufacturing organizations and multi-site operations across Europe, building a strong track record in operational excellence, sterile manufacturing and sustainable business growth.
An engineer by training, he holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and is recognized for his expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
As Chief Executive Officer, Bruce will lead FAMAR’s continued growth journey, building on the company’s recent investments in new technologies and capabilities while further strengthening operational excellence, agility, and customer partnerships.
