Speak Up

Do you have a concern you wish to report?

At FAMAR, acting with integrity and in accordance with our values, policies and applicable laws is fundamental to the way we do business.

We encourage anyone who works with or interacts with FAMAR to speak up if they become aware of conduct that may be inconsistent with our Business Code of Conduct, our policies or applicable legal requirements.

Raising concerns in good faith helps us identify and address potential issues and supports a culture of integrity, accountability and trust.

FAMAR’s Compliance Hotline provides a confidential channel for raising such concerns.

What can I report?

The Compliance Hotline can be used to report concerns in good faith about suspected misconduct or potential violations of:

  • FAMAR’s Business Code of Conduct
  • FAMAR policies, including the Personal Data Protection Policy, Personal Relationships in the Workplace Policy and Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy
  • Applicable laws or regulations
  • Ethical or compliance standards

This may include concerns relating to inappropriate workplace conduct, data protection, corruption or other compliance-related matters.

For FAMAR employees, general operational or employment-related questions that do not concern a suspected breach of law or FAMAR policy should continue to be addressed through the usual management or HR channels.

Who can use the Compliance Hotline?

The Compliance Hotline is available to FAMAR employees and contractors, as well as external stakeholders who wish to raise a concern relating to FAMAR, its business or its activities.

Confidentiality and protection against retaliation

All concerns raised through the Compliance Hotline are treated confidentially, with access to information limited to those who need it for the appropriate assessment and handling of the report.

FAMAR does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Personal data provided in connection with a report is handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
